Gold Cup preliminary round schedule: Cuba, Haiti, Bahamas
2 min readInter Miami’s DRV PNK Stadium will be the epicenter of Caribbean soccer in early July as it is the host internet site for nine Gold Cup preliminary round matches. The whole schedule was unveiled Thursday.
Twelve national teams – including Cuba, Haiti and the Bahamas – will contend July 2, 3 and 6 in a trio of tripleheaders at DRV PNK Stadium to establish the final a few teams for the Gold Cup Group Phase, which starts July 10. The knockout stage is July 24 to Aug. 1. The summertime event is staying held across 8 U.S. towns.
The U.S. national team opens July 11 in Kansas Town against a qualifier, and then performs team stage game titles against Martinique July 15 and July 18 in opposition to Canada. Between the other Gold Cup groups are Mexico, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama, and El Salvador.
