Dietitian’s suggestion:

To put together brewed tea, warmth water to a simmer, get rid of from warmth and increase the tea. Frequently, steep 1 teaspoon of tea for every 1 cup of water. For this recipe, you can use brewed tea that has been cooled or immediate tea.

  1. 1 cup freshly brewed unsweetened tea, cooled
  2. two tablespoons lime juice concentrate
  3. two tablespoons refreshing mint leaves, as well as 1 sprig for garnish

In a blender, combine the tea, lime juice, mint leaves and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy. Insert sugar substitute for ideal sweetness.
